Terms of Service
Effective date: April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OmniPost, operated at tryomnipost.com (“Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
OmniPost is a cross-posting tool that allows users to upload short-form videos and publish them to connected social media platforms — including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — from a single interface. We act as an intermediary between you and those platforms; we do not host or distribute your content independently.
2. Eligibility
To use OmniPost you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age.
- Hold valid, active accounts on any social media platforms you connect through the Service, and comply with their respective terms of service.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you upload and publish through OmniPost, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring your content complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of each platform to which you publish.
- Obtaining all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content you upload. You must not upload or publish copyrighted material without the authorisation of the rights holder.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to upload malware or harmful code, or to circumvent any platform’s safety or moderation systems.
4. Our Responsibilities
We provide OmniPost as a publishing tool in good faith and will make reasonable efforts to maintain the reliability and availability of the Service. However, we are not responsible for:
- Content moderation decisions made by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party platform, including removal, demotion, or restriction of published content.
- Changes to third-party platform APIs that may limit or break publishing functionality.
- Any consequences arising from a platform suspending or terminating your account on that platform.
5. OAuth and Platform Access
When you connect a social media account, you authorise OmniPost to publish content on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. This grants us a limited, revocable permission to interact with the platform’s API in accordance with the scopes you approve.
- We will only use this access to perform actions you explicitly initiate within the Service (uploading and publishing posts).
- We will never post content without your instruction.
- You may revoke OmniPost’s access at any time via the Settings page in OmniPost, or directly through the security settings of the relevant platform. Revoking access will not delete previously published content.
6. Data and Storage
We store your OAuth tokens and uploaded video files only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Video files are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely for publishing on your behalf.
For full details on data collection, storage, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in conduct that could cause harm to OmniPost, other users, or third-party platforms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at tobitokuro@gmail.com. Upon closure, your stored tokens and media files will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
- That publishing attempts to third-party platforms will always succeed — platform outages, API changes, or account restrictions are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmniPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
